Join Food & Beverage Social ClubThe Asbury at the Dunhill Hotel for a special summer dining experience. 

This Chef’s Table dinner will be on Wednesday, August 3rd at 6:30 PM at the Dunhill Hotel in Uptown, Charlotte. The meal will be served banquet style in the gorgeous historic Parlor Room.

We are excited to feature a three course dinner menu of seasonal specials alongside wine pairings. The Asbury, an award winning fine dining restaurant, has one of the youngest aged Chef's de Cuisine in Charlotte! We will hear from the Chef about the food you are experiencing and tips for pairing wine with food at home as well as the history of the Dunhill Hotel.

The Dunhill Hotel, located in Uptown Charlotte, is the city’s only historic, boutique hotel. The Asbury, celebrates the best of what the South has to offer in ingredients, technique, creativity, and, of course, hospitality. Ticket cost: $125 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Additional alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased a la carte, directly from the Asbury.  

Non-Alcoholic Ticket Cost: $100 Per Person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. NOT INCLUSIVE OF WINE PAIRINGS. Additional alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased a la carte, directly from the Asbury.

1st Course

NC Heirloom Tomatoes

Tomato Gelatin Inlay, Puff Pastry, NC Heirloom Tomato, Filled with Herb Creme Fraiche, Glazed with White Balsamic and Basil Oil

2nd Course

Osso Buco

Braised Osso Buco, with Truffle Risotto, Garnished with Gremolata, Finished with Chopped Pine nuts

3rd Course

Mini Pecan Pie

Pecan Filling, Torched Pecan Ganache, Whipped Cream

**To request a refund, please email LZats@FBSocialClub.com as soon as possible. 

Refund Policy 

Refunds can be requested, but are not guaranteed. We assess refunds on a case-by-case basis. If we can fill your seat from our Waitlist, we will refund you, minus Stripe payment processing fees. If we cannot fill your seat, or if there is not enough time to fill your seat, then we cannot guarantee a refund because we have guaranteed minimums and guest counts with our vendor partners. Ticket transfers can be considered upon request.
